1995cc. Here we have a rare Lancia Beta, in collectible Spyder format (one of two in our sale) – designed by Pininfarina and manufactured by Zagato. This red example has recently received a mechanical overhaul after being discovered in dry storage, where it had been since 1996. It now has a fresh MoT valid until 10th May 2026.
A receipt for £739, dated May this year, covers work that included a new cambelt, spark plugs, filters, brake refurbishments, a wiper motor repair, new steering rack gaiter, coolant hose replacement and system flush, plus injector cleaning. The fuel tank has also been cleaned, and the car is fitted with a stainless steel exhaust system.
The 2.0-litre Lancia was first registered 4th May 1979, and has had 6 previous owners. There are now 82,760 miles showing on the odometer. It comes with an owner's manual, original toolkit and V5C in the vendor's name.
